Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern all sales made on rawbella.fr. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms. Raw Bella reserves the right to amend them at any time; the applicable terms are those in force on the order date.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping fees stated before order confirmation. Payment is made securely by card via Stripe or via PayPal. The order is only finally confirmed after payment is validated.
Shipping
Our products are shipped worldwide within an average of 15 to 20 business days. Shipping fees are calculated by destination and displayed at checkout. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.
Withdrawal, returns & refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method. Contact our customer service to start a return.
Personal data (GDPR)
The data collected (identity, contact details, order history) is used solely to manage your account, process your orders and, with your consent, send commercial information. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, which you can exercise by contacting us. Your data is never resold to third parties.
